About Mai
I started teaching at AlWorood Academy School in Abu Dhabi from 1990 to 2002. I taught Math and Science for grades 2 and 3. I enjoy interacting with young students. Teaching is the lifetime process of learning. Although I reached the age of retirement, I still don't stop learning every day.

I worked in Maryland International Day School, Maryland, USA (MIDS) for 3 years (2014-2016). I also worked at Unity High School in Khartoum, Sudan for 7 years from 2017 till 2023. I taught English Literacy, Numeracy, Science, and Humanities for grades 2, 3, and 4. In 2019 we started online teaching lessons for all the grades till 2020, because of the security situation in Khartoum, Sudan.
