About Tangena
I am a calm and friendly teacher who believes that knowledge is a wonderful virtue and it is our duty as Muslims to make this knowledge available to everyone in an easy and simple way. I strive to guide and mentor my students with care and respect to gain a connection with the Quran and Islam. I have taught across many mosques and Islamic schools for the past 10 years and have worked with children ages ranging from 4-16.

I will be teaching Arabic reading from beginner levels including tajweed, pronunciation and memorisation. For Islamic studies, I will be focusing on Fiqh (rules of worship), Aqaid (religious beliefs according to Sunni Islam) and the history of the prophets' lives.
