About Ayla
I have 7 years of experience teaching Spanish, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Cultural Studies. My passion for Spanish began with its warmth, rhythm, and ability to connect people across cultures. Over the years, I have guided learners studying Spanish for travel, relocation, academic success, and personal enrichment. Teaching Spanish is meaningful because it helps students communicate in new environments with confidence.
My teaching style is structured, interactive, and encouraging. I focus on grammar clarity while also building strong speaking comfort through conversation practice. Students receive gentle correction, clear explanations, and steady guidance so they feel supported at every stage. I believe language learning works best when learners feel motivated and respected. Each lesson is personalized to the student’s level and goals. Beginners focus on essential vocabulary, basic verb patterns, simple sentence building, and clear pronunciation. Intermediate learners strengthen conversation flow, listening comprehension, reading fluency, and more complex grammar such as past tenses and common subjunctive structures.
