About Rakibul Hassan
To my upcoming pupils, While I haven't met you yet, I already think highly of you. I think each of you has a special interest or talent to offer the world, and I want to support you in showcasing it. Even though I don't know you yet, I think you have talent, and I have no doubt that you'll go on to accomplish great things in life. Some of you will wish to practise law, while others will want to become doctors. Others, meanwhile, will desire to change the world by working as cops or teachers. Of course, some of you will still accomplish a lot more diverse things than what I've just listed. But whatever it is, your objectives should remain the same.

Well, in a nutshell: focused, effective, customised, and laid back.
Being successful at learning requires confidence, which is essential. You can trust that topics are carefully presented so my pupils can make rapid progress right away. I will never, ever demean or make my clients feel small; I will always encourage them. Never undervalue the significance of pitch. The fatal error made by beginning math teachers is believing that math is simpler than it is, or that their students can understand concepts that they cannot. Understanding how to pitch a math lecture takes training.
I give my students instruction that is genuinely customized for them. It is their skill and where they are in the development of their mathematical thinking that will guide how I educate them, how I arrange my questions, and even how I may ask the questions.
The emphasis will be firmly on the exam rubric (what the exam boards want to see and how they want to see it), and deficiencies will be strengthened over time. I know how the papers are graded and the best way to organise answers (or not, as the case may be) so that full marks can be obtained because I have served as an examiner for a few mathematics exams.
Yet my goals go well beyond just raising my grades. I want to motivate others, boost their self-esteem, and demonstrate that math is something that everyone can do.
