I can’t recommend Catia enough as a football coach. She brings a combination of kindness, patience, and deep knowledge of the game. What really stood out was how she picked up on small but important details in my technique and positioning, things I hadn’t even noticed myself, and explained them in a way that was clear and immediately useful.

She creates such a positive and supportive environment, always encouraging and building confidence while still pushing you to improve. You feel like you’ve learned something valuable and taken a real step forward in your game. A genuinely brilliant coach.

Desde que nasceu que a paixão da Cátia é o futebol. Começou a jogar num clube com os outros meninos pois não havia futebol misto onde a Cátia nasceu. Foi a todas as seleções femininas regionais de Aveiro em Portugal e 2 vezes à Seleção Nacional da Federação Portuguesa. Mais do que o espírito competitivo, a Cátia defende o espírito de equipa, de responsabilidade, de inter-ajuda e de amizade. Adora estar com crianças e as crianças também gostam muito de estar com ela, porque ela transmite-lhes confiança e segurança.

Ever since she was born, Cátia’s passion has been soccer. She started playing at a club with the other boys because there were no co-ed soccer teams where she grew up. She played for all the regional women’s teams in Aveiro, Portugal, and was selected twice for the Portuguese National Team. More than just a competitive spirit, Cátia champions team spirit, responsibility, mutual support, and friendship. She loves being around children, and the children also really enjoy being with her because she instills confidence and a sense of security in them.
I am certain that Cátia is embracing this new challenge with all her love and dedication!
