About Leia
Being able to give back to other students and help support them in ways a teacher may not understand is what I would strive for. As a current student myself this would not only teach them necessary content but soft skills within the course that can be taken into higher university or further education. I attend a school in London taking four A levels and aspire to be a Motorsport engineer. However, a disclosure would be that my primary interest at GCSE level was politics and journalism. Henceforth my broad range of A-Level choices and exposure. Not only would I be a subject-specific tutor but I would provide any insight to sixth form queries that you may have in live timing.

As a previous GCSE student, I've been through the process and my results have taught me the adequate teaching methods that we want and need as students, whilst also figuring out the designated time you should allocate to the range of tasks you will encounter within the exam. I will provide a question-specific structure not only supporting time constraints and grading criteria by exam board, but additionally teach skills on how to analyse content from a grade 9 exam report perspective. I am proficient in AQA's Power and conflict poetry, Inspector Calls, Macbeth and A Christmas Carol, whilst also achieving a grade 9 in English Language! These lessons would be for AQA English GCSE students and typically last 1-2 hrs. My previous grades include 9 in English Language and 9 in English Literature scoring 158/160 marks overall for Literature.
