About Anusha
As a dedicated and approachable tutor, I take pride in creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as they grow. My strong communication skills, developed through volunteering at a hospital and a cancer charity, help me connect with students of all ages and backgrounds. I’ve also worked on several collaborative academic projects, including one that received an Imperial Prize in Medicine, which has strengthened my teamwork and organisational skills. Having taught young children Arabic, I understand the patience and adaptability required to teach effectively at different levels. I'm a second-year medical student offering personalised tutoring for: 11+ Maths & English KS3 & GCSE Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) A-Level Biology & Chemistry I focus on breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable steps, tailored to each student’s learning style. Lessons are interactive, structured around strengthening understanding, building exam technique, and developing confidence. I incorporate active recall, spaced repetition, and past paper practice to ensure strong long-term retention and exam success. I achieved 2 A*s and 2 As at A-level, received two medical school offers, and was interviewed by Cambridge. I also scored full marks in my EPQ on brain development. With over a year of tutoring experience, I’ve helped students improve their grades and reach their academic goals.
