About Rory
Hi, I'm Rory, a 2nd Year Aerospace Engineering student at the University of Liverpool with a passion for maths, physics and helping others succeed. I achieved strong A-Level results in Maths, Biology and Physics of AAB respectively and now apply advanced mathematical and scientific concepts throughout my degree.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I aim to create a friendly, patient and encouraging environment where no question is a silly question. Having recently completed my own GCSEs and A-Levels, I know the challenges students face and the techniques that helped me achieve success.

As a 2nd Year Aerospace Engineering student at the University of Liverpool, I understand the challenges students face because I have been through the GCSE and A-Level curriculum myself. My aim is to make difficult topics easy to understand by breaking them down into simple, logical steps and adapting lessons to each student's learning style.
I offer tutoring in GCSE Maths, Physics and Biology, as well as A-Level Maths. Lessons are typically one hour and include clear explanations, worked examples, exam-style questions and plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I believe building confidence is just as important as improving grades, so I create a relaxed, supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.
