About Jasteen
I am a certified yoga teacher with 5 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for spreading the true essence of yoga. My own journey with yoga began as a way to find balance and peace, but over time it transformed my entire lifestyle — physically, mentally, and emotionally. That transformation inspired me to share this knowledge with others, so they too can experience the same sense of calm, clarity, and strength that yoga brings. Teaching yoga is not just my profession, it’s my purpose. I believe yoga is for everyone — no matter your age, body type, or experience level. My aim is to guide people toward self-awareness and healing through mindful movement, breath, and inner stillness.

My approach to yoga is holistic — it’s not just about doing asanas, but about feeling each movement with awareness. I combine traditional Hatha and modern therapeutic yoga principles to make every session deeply mindful, safe, and transformative.
Each class begins with grounding and breath awareness to prepare the body and mind. I then guide students through asanas with a focus on correct alignment, conscious breathing, and gradual progress rather than perfection. I emphasize understanding the why behind each movement — how it connects to energy, emotions, and daily life.
What makes my classes different is the personal connection and customization. I design every session according to the student’s body type, health goals, and energy levels. Whether it’s stress management, flexibility, strength, or recovery from health issues, I use yoga as a healing tool rather than just a workout.
Along with physical postures, I include pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness practices to help students experience the true essence of yoga — balance between body, mind, and soul.
My goal is not just to teach yoga, but to make you live yoga — to help you carry that calmness, awareness, and positivity beyond the mat into your everyday life.
