About Diya
I'm a certified Yoga and Mindfulness instructor, having completed a 350-hour training program in November 2023 through an AYUSH-recognized institute — one of only three in India with this recognition. My approach is rooted in simplicity: I break down every pose, breath, and technique into clear, manageable steps, so students never feel overwhelmed, regardless of where they're starting from.
I teach both online and in-person, and welcome students of all ages and experience levels — from complete beginners to those returning to practice after a break. My background in Psychology also shapes how I teach: I pay close attention to how each student learns and moves, and adjust my approach accordingly rather than using a one-size-fits-all method.
Sessions with me are patient, judgment-free, and genuinely tailored to you. Whether your goal is flexibility, strength, stress relief, or simply learning to breathe and move better, I'll meet you exactly where you are
