About Alexander
Alexander McGregor has a vast amount of experience in both practising and teaching Wing Tsun. He is a second dan black belt in Wing Tsun and has travelled to Germany to train with the master of the organisation, EWTO. Wing Tsun is all about self-defence and focuses on being as energy efficient as possible, using a variety of combination attacks to catch your opponent off guard and deal with them effectively. Alexander aims to teach you to defend yourself from all varieties of street attacks in just six months. Alongside Wing Tsun classes, Alexander also teaches Krav Maga knife defence and has experience in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
