About Akhona
I am a 3rd year accounting student. I have been part of a mentoring program since 2015, mentoring grade 9 and 10 from different schools in Khayelitsha, about resilience and self-empowerment. The program is called Resilient Network founded by Professor Lullu Tshiwula at UWC.

So in my lessons, I always strive for two-way communication because I believe that we always have something to learn from each other.
