About Nikhil
Hi! I am a 3rd Year Graduate Entry Medical (GEM) student studying in Southampton who ranked in the top 10 percentile in the UCAT/UKCAT. I also received offers from all 3 medical interviews I have attended.

As for my teaching experience, over the last 2 years, I have been providing advice on personal statements in addition to conducting mock interviews for aspiring medical students for free.
Having gained extremely positive feedback, I am now confident enough to finally offer my services and share my expertise on a wider scale at Superprof!

My teaching method is based on structured learning. I approach tutoring by first understanding the current level of the student to minimise any repetition and redundancy. This way they will always be learning something new every session!
For personal statements, I will tell you exactly what universities are looking for and will discuss the do’s and don't’s. I will also share my own personal statement that landed me 4 medical interview invitations in the end!
For UCAT, I will share all my tips and tricks to efficiently save time and increase accuracy in

- Situational Judgement
With the time-saving strategies in mind, we will then work through and discuss a wide range of UCAT questions on each subsection.
For medical interviews, I have a thorough understanding of panel, MMI, and group-based interviews. Having attended many mock interviews myself, I have managed to accumulate great strategies from numerous reliable sources! In addition, I have compiled a list of the most frequently asked interview questions, which I will run through with the student in a simulated (but relaxed) interview setting, before giving valuable feedback and essential pointers to really make their answers stand out!
