About Maelona
I’m a 3rd year student at a university conservatoire and after participating in a student showcase and tutoring my peers in acting through song I found I really enjoy getting the best performance out of people and passing on what I’ve learnt in my own experiences and lessons to help others push the best performance they can! Acting is so important in a vocal performance, especially going into the musical theatre industry, and can make the difference between a standard performance and a really memorable one! I aim to create a comfortable environment where my students can experiment with their stories and really get in touch with what they want to portray on stage.

I can offer 1 to 1 lessons in using your voice and your knowledge of your character to improve you performance of your chosen song significantly! Focusing on intentions and placement of the voice. I aim to help you get the best out of your performance and value characterisation and acting over a perfect vocal performance. As well as this I really believe in breaking your character type and pushing my students to get out of their comfort zone and achieve a range of song types and themes. You’re capable of more than you think!
