About Grace
I have a BA in literature from New York University and am currently getting my MFA in Writing at Columbia University. I have also been a nanny and family assistant for 4+ years, so I have plenty of experience with children and teens.
I think kindness, patience, and respect are of the utmost important when teaching a child, but I also expect hard work and dedication. My goal is for students to feel they have truly accomplished something after a session. If they gain respect and pride for themselves through the learning process, I've done my job correctly.
