About Alexander
Me apasiona la cultura latina y la lengua española desde joven. Cuando era adolescente, una anciana dominicana, a quien amo mucho, me enseñó español y esa experiencia me cambió la vida. A los 18 años, me mudé a Filadelfia, Pensilvania, donde pasé tres años fundando y haciendo crecer una organización sin fines de lucro de inglés como segundo idioma, que todavía existe hasta el día de hoy. Me especialicé en enseñar inglés a inmigrantes latinos y ayudarlos a obtener la ciudadanía estadounidense.
Finalmente decidí que quería obtener un título universitario. Sin embargo, en lugar de asistir a una universidad normal, decidí inscribirme en una academia militar. Ahora soy cadete de tercer año en la Academia de la Fuerza Aérea de los Estados Unidos en Colorado Springs, CO y tengo una doble especialización en Estudios Latinos e Historia, con especialización menor en el español, por supuesto :)
En mi tiempo libre, me encanta volar aviones, escalar montañas, asistir a la iglesia los domingos y consentir a mi novia ecuatoriana. :)
