About Lien
I am a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with over 14 years of teaching experience. My passion is to guide people toward balance, strength, and inner peace through mindful movement, breath, and holistic healing practices. Alongside yoga, I also offer therapeutic sound healing with singing bowls to help release stress, restore energy flow, and support emotional well-being. I believe yoga combined with sound therapy is a powerful way to transform both body and mind, and I love creating a safe, nurturing space where students can grow on every level.
