Well. I started from scratch with her. Didn’t know nothing about yoga before. It was really hard to make the flow or have equilibrium, but she made it easy for me, she guided me from the basics to intermediate very well. I didn’t feel the progression hard but when newcomers come to class I see how much I’ve progressed. In about 8 months I noticed several good changes in my body and mind. The best yoga teacher you can find. Highly recommend
