About Jayden
Hi, I’m Jayden, a competitive WCA speedcuber with an official 5.93-second 3×3 single. My WCA ID is 2022JUNG05, and I have competed in 16 official WCA competitions with 373 completed solves. I have also competed at the Korean Championship level and qualified for the Rubik’s WCA World Championship 2023.
I started speedcubing in Korea and improved quickly through focused practice, competition experience, and detailed solve analysis. I now teach students ranging from complete beginners learning their first solve to speedcubers who want to lower their averages and prepare for official competitions.
I have experience across many WCA events, including 2×2, 3×3, 4×4, 5×5, 6×6, 7×7, one-handed, Clock, Megaminx, Pyraminx, Skewb, and Square-1. I am also President of my school’s Speedcubing Club.

Beginners
Learn how to solve the full 3×3 independently and from memory.
Understand each step instead of only memorizing moves.
Build efficient turning habits from the beginning.
Intermediate speedcubers
Transition from the beginner method to CFOP.
Learn intuitive F2L, 2-look OLL, 2-look PLL, and eventually full OLL/PLL when appropriate.
Improve finger tricks, turning efficiency, cross planning, and lookahead.
Identify exactly where time is being lost during solves.
Advanced / competitive students
Detailed timed-solve analysis.
F2L efficiency and lookahead work.
TPS versus pause analysis.
Inspection and cross-planning strategy.
Competition preparation, WCA rules, warm-up routines, and solving under pressure.
Personalized practice plans based on weaknesses and target averages.
I can also teach other puzzles and events, including 2×2, 4×4 and larger cubes, one-handed, Pyraminx, Skewb, Megaminx, Clock, Square-1, and more.
Typical 60-Minute Lesson
10 min — Review recent solves and progress.
15 min — Introduce one high-impact concept or technique.
20 min — Guided practice and corrections.
10 min — Timed solves with live feedback.
5 min — Set a focused practice plan for the next week.
My goal is not just to show algorithms, but to help students understand what is slowing them down and give them a clear path to improve.
