About Mike
TESL Trained. I can teach students from ages 4 years to young adult. I have taught kids at Sesame Street, Jinan City, SHANDONG, CHINA as well as ALWAYS Education & Exchange Centre, Jinan City, SHANDONG, CHINA. I have also taught young adults at Jiaozuo University, Jiaozuo City, HENAN, CHINA.
I have been teaching ESL for 6 years now and I love everything about it. I have taught one on one, class sizes ranging from 2 to 20 students, as well as lectures of over 100 students. I love seeing my students progress, and have given my time freely to help them achieve their dreams in English studies. And the companies I've worked for has made a lot of money because of my lessons.

My teaching methods are abstract and varies for the student. For young adults its about giving them the opportunity to speak and trying to understand me while I talk. I like one on one instruction while building their confidence. Homework is a must. For kids, reading books and poetry are good, as well as playing games and singing songs. There will be a lot of repeating words and phrases. Teaching proper pronunciation is a must. Following my lesson plan is expected, having fun is a must!
