About Lynn
With 10 years of ESL teaching experience, I have worked with over 150 high school and college students, helping them enhance their English language skills and gain confidence in communication. My teaching philosophy focuses on communication, creativity, and student-centred learning. I believe that learning English should be interactive, practical, and enjoyable. In my lessons, I integrate reading, writing, listening, and speaking exercises with discussions, role-plays, real-life examples, and interactive activities. I tailor my teaching methods to each student’s learning style, pace, and goals to ensure steady progress and active engagement. Many of my students have improved academic performance, developed strong writing and speaking skills, and gained the confidence to express themselves effectively in English. One of my proudest achievements was guiding a student who struggled with essay writing to achieve top grades in college. I strive to create a motivating, supportive, and inspiring learning environment where students feel empowered, enjoy learning, and reach their full potential.

Along with ESL, I teach related subjects such as Spoken English, Business English, Academic Writing, Reading Comprehension, Writing Skills, and Interview Skills. Accountability ensures consistent practice and measurable progress. Integrity shapes my teaching with honesty, patience, and support. My goal is to help learners communicate clearly and confidently.
