About Romessa
I want to teach for two reasons. One - I am good at it. I have younger siblings and get personal happiness and satisfaction from seeing their faces light up when they finally understand a concept.
Two - it interests me and enables me to refresh my mind and learn new things too. Perhaps a gcse student needs specialist help with a novel. I would read that novel myself to allow myself to fully help and understand their struggles.

I am an 18 year old who is passionate and loves English and the art of the spoken and written word. I achieved successful results in my iGCSEs (two 9’s in English lit and language), and achieved an A* in my English literature A level.
I use a varied teaching method adapted to what works best for you. For the more visual learner I will create powerpoints. For the more practical learner I will have them recall and teach me after we have gone over the topics.
As I was a keen English student I know what works best for getting the best marks on exams and writing essays. I am a patient and understanding tutor who hopes to transfer my love of English and skills to my students.
Whether you need help with getting your child to pass their school entrance exam, or yourself with A level work, I would be happy to help.
I have a flexible schedule which I know can be important if you have deadlines to meet for essays and exams. Ideally a fixed slot every week or few days would help establish a routine but I also do one off lessons and block lessons.
The lessons can be as long as you want, half an hour, 45 mins, an hour, two hours, even just a 15 minute refresher before your exam.
