About Brett
I am a qualified accountant through a graduate scheme at a Big 4 firm. With a BSc Hons Degree in Accounting and Finance as well as a Graduate Diploma in Accounting.
I have been working in accountancy in practice and industry for 4 years. I do not have any teaching experience but i have a lot of real life accountancy, finance and tax experience! In addition i have completed all the exams relevant to you and feel i have a very calm, methodological and pragmatic approach to my teaching style.

I can provide value to students going through basic business GCSE through to Degree/Chartered Accounting complex examinations.
I like to approach one to one tutoring with a friendly, positive environment. Explaining accounting and tax principles and rules in a clear non-jargon way to ensure the student understands. I look to received affirmation that the student is happy at each step of the way and find value in doing small worked examples at each step and slowly building up to the bigger picture of the module covered.
Although i do not have teaching experience i feel i would be a great asset to you in providing you the tools you need to learn the right material for personal knowledge or for an exam! I have the ability to provide the theoretical side as well as accompany this with real life situations to give it true perspective.
