About AARON
A bit about me…
I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years since graduating from the University of Wollongong in 2005. An Accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2010, my professional career has taken on various roles involving semi-professional and club level athletes, junior and school sports, rehab and injury management, aged care, chronic disease and disability clients.
I am an experienced health professional providing exercise physiology and strength and conditioning coaching services to competitive athletes, weekend warriors and those looking to improve health and well-being. My key interest is strength training for endurance athletes and I was involved in the development of the 'Strength for Endurance Network' which aims to connect coaches, trainers and athletes worldwide to promote the importance of strength training to the endurance community and raise the standard of coaching for all athletes.
