Hi there! I’m an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and I’m passionate about making food and nutrition easy to understand and enjoyable to learn. I’ve worked with people of all ages in both hospital and community settings—supporting them through recovery, building healthier habits, and helping them feel their best inside and out. My teaching style is friendly, interactive, and tailored to your needs, so you’ll always feel supported and encouraged. Whether you’re a curious foodie, a health enthusiast, or just starting your nutrition journey, I’m here to share my knowledge, answer your questions, and help you turn information into practical skills for everyday life. Let’s make learning about food both inspiring and fun!

- Why should you join this lesson? If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love exploring the world of food and nutrition together. My teaching approach is interactive and practical—I tailor each lesson to your goals, using real-life examples, easy-to-follow explanations, and tips you can apply straight away. I believe that what we eat shapes how we feel—mentally, emotionally, and physically! -️ Typical length: 1 hour - Qualifications: I am an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney. I have worked with people in both hospital and community settings, supporting them through recovery and improving their overall well-being. - Who are my lessons for? Anyone with an interest in nutrition—whether you’re a beginner, a health enthusiast, or looking to deepen your professional knowledge. My lessons are suitable for all ages and all levels of experience.
