About Lys
My teaching methodology for Spanish focuses on practical communication, real-life examples, and case studies to ensure that students not only learn the language but also use it confidently in real-world situations. I prioritise making each lesson interactive and engaging, using everyday scenarios to practise speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Integrity is at the core of my teaching approach; I maintain a respectful and honest environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them. I also adapt my lessons based on each student’s individual needs, ensuring a personalised experience. Beyond Spanish, I offer support in related subjects, such as literature, grammar, and culture, providing a holistic understanding of the language. With this approach, students develop both language skills and cultural insights, gaining confidence in their ability to communicate effectively.
