My approach to tutoring is supportive, structured, and goal-focused. I first understand each student’s strengths and areas for improvement, then create personalised lessons to target their specific needs. I focus on building strong foundations in vocabulary, grammar, and sentence structure, while also teaching exam techniques and writing skills.
A typical lesson is 60 minutes.
I achieved Excellence in NCEA Chinese in both Year 12 and Year 13 and have experience helping peers with assessments.
Lessons are suitable for primary to NCEA Level 2 students.
