About Anastasia
I’m a professional actor with credits across UK and European TV, film and theatre, currently working in the industry. Having trained and worked professionally, I understand the craft from both sides — as a performer and as someone who has navigated auditions, self tapes, and the realities of a working acting career. I started coaching because I genuinely love helping other actors find their confidence and their voice. So much of acting training can feel prescriptive or high pressure — I’m interested in helping actors connect with what’s authentic and specific to them, whether that’s preparing for a drama school audition, cracking a self tape, or developing technique over time. I work with adults and young people, and my sessions are relaxed, focused and completely tailored to where you are in your journey. I’m not here to tell you there’s one right way to do it — I’m here to help you find yours.
I have also been teaching LAMDA exams for over four years to over 100 students.

These sessions are for actors who are serious about where they're going — whether that's preparing for drama school auditions, bridging the gap after training, or finally getting your self tape and audition technique where it needs to be.
Sessions are built around you and your specific goal — there's no fixed formula. We might work on:
• Audition technique — walking into the room (or onto the self tape) feeling grounded, present, and ready
• Scene and text analysis — finding the emotional truth beneath the words
• Self tape setup and performance — how to translate a live performance to camera without losing yourself
• Drama school prep — understanding what panels want and shaping your pieces accordingly
• Acting through song — for musical theatre auditions and acting-singing crossover work
• LAMDA examinations — piece selection, theory, and technique tailored to the syllabus
My approach is about building real, lasting confidence — not dependency on having a coach in the room. The goal is that you leave each session with tools you own and can use independently.
