About Devyn
Hi, I'm Devyn. I'm an acting coach specializing in Meisner, Method elements, Chekhov, script analysis, scene work, monologue work, emotional access, somatics, and authentic performance. I coach intermediate–advanced actors and serious beginners. You’ll build stronger technique, deeper truth, more confidence, and the ability to work like a professional. I value truthful, compelling art and professional readiness.

Actors come to me when they’re ready to break old habits, deepen emotional access, and build performances that feel alive. My approach is personalized, rooted in technique, psychology, and who you are. We go deeper so your storytelling does too. I utilize Meisner, elements of Method (sense memory), Chekhov, and somatic/vocal work. I primarily coach intermediate to advanced actors and working professionals (stronger instincts, deeper emotional access, cleaner choices). I keep 1–2 openings for serious beginners who train with discipline and consistency. Actors come to me when they’re ready to: Strengthen instincts Create with more depth Find emotional clarity without forcing Develop technique that supports their intuition Build characters from the inside out Stop overthinking Strengthen presence and connection I cover: Scene + script structure Emotional access, regulation & authenticity Character integrity Technical and instinctive alignment Audition + Self-tapes + Callback proficiency On-camera work I also collaborate with a network of specialists including on-set coaches, dialect coaches, intimacy professionals, stunts, voiceover, and movement so actors have the right support as they grow. Private Training — $550/month 1:1 technique, scene/monologue, character development, and on-camera specificity. Private Training + Mentorship - $800/month This includes everything in the private track, plus a mentor who meets with you quarterly and additionally as needed. Mentors help you map long-term goals, track progress, prepare materials (resume, tapes, strategy), and advise you through auditions, self-tapes, and next steps in your career. I currently have 8 in-person openings.
