I am applying and developing my method, my core is the holistic theatre approach and I aim to empower the artist to understand their potential and feel comfortable with themselves to achieve their best power - which for me is limitless. Theatrical action is powerful enough to change the world:)

Actor's coaching, theatre director with a master's degree from East 15 acting school. Actor's empowerment, Methodologies' practice: Meissner technique, Anatoli Vasiliev approach, devising, physical theatre/Lecoq and more. Professional actress, singer and performer. First degree in Acting, then in Applied dance arts. Applying my method and art in Athens and London.
Particularly Interested in somatics and holistic theatre (ask for more information). Preparing myself for my Phd in university of Surrey. Together we'll make it. Theatre is my home.
