She is certified in Waldorf Pedagogy 'The Arts as Learning Tools' by UdeA and in 'Yoga and Mindfulness for children and adolescents' by Happy Yoga Medellín.
In June 2022, she was the founder and teacher of the first edition of the Mindfulplay workshop 'Theater and Mindfulness Workshop for children' in alliance with the Casa Museo Otra Parte Corporation
She belongs to the international youth movement for full consciousness: Wake up International, under the teachings of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh

Mindfulness is a practice that cultivates attention, concentration, and connection with ourselves and the world around us.

Do you want to meditate and don't know how to do it? Do you want to find a safe space to be able to go inward and understand yourself? Do you want to get into meditation through play and movement? Would you like to have a personalized accompaniment to help you find your own mindfulness practice? Do you want to know more?

In our classes we will ask ourselves, how am I today? We will practice deep listening and loving speech in order to cultivate full awareness.
We will explore:
- Guided meditations
-Deep relaxations
-Crafts
-Role plays
- Conscious postures or movements
This is a safe place to be with yourself, enjoy, there is nothing to do or nowhere to go, if you have questions or doubts please text me

- Children: 5 to 12 years old - we carry out a specialized methodology according to the needs of each child (Waldorf Pedagogy)
Note: These classes for kids are bilingual, (English and Spanish)
The goal? to explore a new Activity, learning new vocabulary in a fun way!
