About Maria
I am an actress, director and teacher with a degree in DAMS, address theater direction at the Roma Tre University and I recently obtained my Master in Advanced Theater Practice at the prestigious Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. I have 14 years of experience as an actress and performer, with both theater and film and television experience. I give drama and acting lessons both in Italian and English for adults and children and I help students who want to prepare for auditions at drama schools in the UK.

I teach through various games and improvisation activities, I also teach script analysis, character construction, audition technique. My methodology is mainly based on the Stanislaviskij system, Strasberg method and Laban technique. All my lessons are built and adapted according to the needs of my students, I want to create a protected and collaborative environment in which the student feels free to experiment without feeling uncomfortable, working together to overcome shyness and any blocks and limitations. Theater is 'to play' - playing above all so playing and having fun is the prerogative of my lessons.
