About Tracey-Anne
I am an experienced stage actress with over 20 years working west end, off west end, UK tours as well as overseas. I have also directed and produced my own productions, both scripted, devised and visual/physical theatre. I have facilitated workshops on physical and visual theatre, and on breaking down the words to discover the meaning.
I also teach yoga and firmly believe in the concept of being present, living in the moment, connecting mind to body to breath to achieve truth and presence.

I approach each client individual adapting as needed to suit the personality of the student. I have an immense passion for language and rhetoric with my strength being able to bring to life both the classical and the contemporary, connecting body to breath and language.
I offer the first session - 30 mins - for free to gauge the needs of the student what you hope to achieve and to develop a connection from which we can move forward to work with.
