Paulo and I were both yoga teachers at Prana Shakti Yoga in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I met Paulo on the first day he taught a group class in 2013 and was his colleague until his final class in December 2017.

Paulo has a flair and love for yoga which is obvious in every class he teaches. On first acquaintance Paulo seems shy but he is approachable and helpful and a dedicated and true friend and colleague who shares his practice and teaching skills with others.

Paulo’s classes are not conventional as he is inventive in his sequencing and attracts students by his unexpectedly novel approach.

In my opinion Paulo will be an asset to any employer. He holds a BSc in Chemistry and has wide-ranging interests outside of yoga.
