Started doing yoga to help myself with slipped disc on my spine, discovered my passion for teaching and have been teaching for 12 years now, from Hatha, Hatha flow, Yin yoga, pre-and post-natal classes as well as mum and baby. Was the only one offering partner pre-natal class in Dubai as well as candlelit yin yoga. Take pride in adding value to people's life, empowering them to move on in life

When you step on the yoga mat you start a self-exploration journey, you learn how to create a unity between the way your body is in the posture with the calm breath and mind. It is not important to reach crazy twists or bends but to be happy with your own achievement at the end. You are a good yogi when you make your practice expand to your attitude towards life. Calm and at peace.

Perfect! Dessi is a fantastic yoga teacher, especially for beginners. She creates a welcoming atmosphere and takes a personalised approach, making sure each session feels comfortable and accessible. Her instructions are always clear and easy to follow.
I especially love the Tibetan bowl therapy at the end — it’s incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to finish the session. And her dogs are absolutely lovely, adding a warm and friendly touch.
I’d highly recommend her to anyone starting their yoga journey.Perfect! Great session. Felt much better mentally and physically. Also, after the session we had a great chat and good ginger tea. I left her place feeling much different than when I arrived

Dessi is an amazing yoga teacher.
I feel reborn after every sessionI absolutely love Dessi's yoga classes. She is an amazing, compassionate and inspiring yoga teacher. Dessi often personalises the sessions to suit different clients' needs and I truly appreciate her deep knowledge and flexibility.
Used to attend Dessi's classes in person in Dubai, but sinse she moved to London, we start having online classes. Was a bit sceptical in the beginning, but actually feels so good and she is giving the same energy as if in person and modifying the class as per my needs! Meeting three times per week, keeping me motivated and in good shape not only physically, but in good mental health, so important nowadays!
Dessi is an excellent tutor who understands the specific needs of everyone. The activities with Dessi are pleasant, useful and attractive, every time you learn something new and relax. Try and enjoy!
