In my classes, I will take you through the basic principles of singing, injury prevention and performance techniques to help you to progress into not just a singer but a confident vocalist. These lessons are curated for beginners with no experience or confident singers who are wanting to gain knowledge and perfect their skills.
I take a fun approach in my lessons with the aim of creating a safe and comfortable experience for my students as I know it can be scary starting off. Not only will I be teaching, but I will also be learning about your goals from these lessons, your reasoning behind learning and your favourite singers/perfomers as this will help me to better understand your vocal aspirations.
What you will learn:
- Vocal Warm ups
- Vocal exercises
- Basic scales
- Breathe Support
- Articulation and projection
- Technique
You will choose your own songs to sing and no site reading or knowledge of music notation is required! My classes are all about feeling.
Duration:
- 30 minutes sessions
- 45 minutes sessions
- 1 hour sessions
Qualifications and Certificates:
- Advanced Diploma at Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA)
- 5+ Years professional live vocalist performing at Crown, Optus Stadium, 150+ events.
- Working with Children Check
- Police Clearance
- 2nd Covid Vaccination
