About Lee
I am a musician and music lover first and foremost.
I gig and record with many bands, covering a wide range of styles and disciplines, many of which I also play the drums in.
I have been playing the guitar since the age of 7 (now 30) and the drums since the age of 5.
I also write, sing, record and produce my own and sometimes other peoples music.
I’m also a fervent music nerd.
And a lover of many different kinds of music, preferences of which are always changing over time.

I tailor lessons to each individual student, so there isn’t a blue print or special formula for my lessons.
However, an overarching theme that runs throughout many of my lessons is ‘extended techniques’ which involves pinpointing any weaknesses that a student may have, and working specifically on them to turn them into strengths. If a student is comfortable playing rock and metal music but has never attempted jazz or classical guitar, then we will focus on the latter, which will in turn improve the former.
