About Allison
I worked as the Director, Studebt Development, Campus Activities, and Asviaor to the Associated Student Government for 15 years at a California Community College. In that position I taught leadership both to student and was ask to guest lecture training our colleges own faculty and administrators.

I use a variety of methods of teaching methods in my classes. I find that the topics of leadership and advocacy are so diverse that it is only fitting that providing different activities makes learning more enjoyable but more importantly, successful. Also as a side note, as an instructor I’m not afraid to change my approach and style if I observe the current method not working for any reason. I am also always looking for better ways to improve my teaching methods and get very excited to incorporate those new methods into my classes.
