I currently work as a Portfolio Performance Management Lead at Unilever. I spent over a decade navigating the high-stakes environments of Fortune 500 companies across the UK, Germany, Spain, and the UAE. From the technical rigours of Oil & Gas to the fast-paced world of FMCG and Telecommunications, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to succeed at the highest levels and I’ve seen the toll it can take when you're forced to choose between your career and your well-being.

My approach to developing others isn't just professional; it's personal. I grew up watching my mother, a dedicated teacher of 17 years, transform lives through patience, insight, and belief. She taught me that true growth doesn't happen through force, it happens through support. My life has always been guided by three non-negotiables. Helping others, Fairness, and Freedom. I’ve never been able to sit still when I see someone talented being overlooked, or someone brilliant burning out because they don’t feel they have the agency to say NO or to stand up for themselves - for what's right. To me, Fairness means everyone getting a shot at the seat they’ve so rightly earned. Helping Others means giving them the tools to get there or perhaps just standing by their side as they figure it out. And Freedom? That’s the ultimate goal (and personally, my ultimate goal too). The freedom to lead without a mask, to own your time, and to live in alignment with your soul. The freedom to simply just-be-YOU. Whole and messy and brilliant in every way! I don’t just offer theories; I offer battle-tested strategies from a career built in the trenches of global industry.
