About Sandra
My name is Sandra! I am a 4th year Biochemistry major at the University. I started tutoring children for a nonprofit when I was 13-18. I went on to do private tutoring for a program at the university for college students. I currently teach a Genetics discussion class. I have been doing private tutoring on my own for a year now. I have taught two kids and four adults. I currently have a nursing student at TMCC and a student at the University. I am hoping to get two more students.

I like to do individual-based lessons by incorporating a lot of feedback from the student to see how they learn best. I do practice tests on paper to simulate exams. I have taught in many different ways depending on the student. Everyone is different so finding what works best is the ideal route. I have taught classes and individual tutoring so it really depends on the situation. I have also taught children from 7 years old to adults up to 40.
