About Sorcha
I am an undergraduate student, currently enrolled on the Theatre and Performance course at the University of Plymouth, and my home town is Canterbury. As a side career I like to bake and decorate cakes, cook, and have looked into being a food stylist - I've commissioned several cakes including cupcakes and love the big and the small projects!

I like to give people the option to choose what it is that they want to focus on - even if that is the most basic step 1. I am open to teaching anyone of any age that has a willing attitude and likes to have fun, as that is who I am as a person/teacher. No question is ever a stupid question. I will aim to plan in advance but if something comes up in a lesson I am flexible in changing the focus to fit the student's needs.

Amazing tutor. Very patient and knowledgeable in her field. Offered several masterclasses to improve various skills for cake decorating and gives really constructive feedback.
Absolutely would recommend!Sorcha is such an amazing tutor. Her cakes are amazing! And now mine don't taste and look like rocks. Taught me a lot more about oven temperature and how it affects the cakes. Also really obsessed with tri colour icing now since she gave me a masterclass showing me a really easy way to do it, if I ever get stuck I use her YouTube videos to follow.

Rates can be discussed for younger children (8 and under)
There are no cancellation fees for individual bookings providing a minimum of 24 hours notice is given, after this a £5 charge will occur if the lesson is not rescheduled.
Cancellations for block bookings are to be discussed per student/group.
