About Alejandro
I played for 15 years, trained in the same school where promises of Colombian soccer came out like James Rodríguez or Juan Fdo Quintero. I was trained as a boy by my father, an outstanding footballer also at the Amateur level. As a result of an accident in my spine, I had to withdraw from the courts, I dedicated myself to studying Bioengineering and being an expert in Biomechanics and Body Health, with which I teach not only how to play, but also know how to eat, prepare, recover, focus and grow at an athletic level.

I combine my personal experience, what I learned from my mentors, what I learned at university, modern topics, scientific research, the opinions of soccer experts, both tactically and strategically. I transmit my passion and virtue for this great sport, and that is the fundamental point of my help to people. I help them to be more than they can get in a simple training.
