About Neil

A former Kaplan Medical Advisor, Dr. Roy has expertly helped hundreds of International Medical School (IMG) students and medical professionals achieve Medical Residency positions in the USA and Canada. His system is a truly personalized 1:1 plan with traditional interfacing with clients; he does not use social media, nor do-it-yourself videos. He will work with you step-by-step, from crafting your personal statement, building your resume, and honing your interview skills and other character tools you will need to shine during the application process on ERAS or CARMS. At the same time, you will learn professional acumen you will carry with you for years to come within your medical training. This truly unique consulting experience will be team-based. You will work closely with Dr. Roy, every step of the way. You don’t just give him requests and he fulfills them -- rather you become deeply engaged in your own application process. At the end of your consultation period, you will be confidently positioned at your highest possible potential towards a medical residency in North America!
