About Faith
Faith Potts graduated from Blue Ridge Community College (NC) in 2022 with an A.A.S. in Interpreter Education. She enjoys connecting with other ASL students through tutoring sessions both in-person and online. Outside of her burgeoning career in the field of sign language interpreting, her time is divided between friends and family, frequent travel, and an ever-growing stack of good books.

- Aims to focus on strengthening the students' existing skills and improving weak areas, as varies per student. - A typical lesson plan varies, depending on the needs and level of the student. Typically begins with a five-minute warm-up to review any questions since the previous session, then 25-30 minutes vocabulary practice, and lastly 25-30 minutes of grammar review or homework prep. - Experience with high school and college ASL students, courses ASL 1 through ASL 4. - Unique tutoring and teaching style due to being an ASL interpreter with close ties to the Deaf community.

Faith has been great to work with! She keeps lessons interesting, thorough, and is able to adjust the pace or even take a step back to explain something in more detail in order for me to have a better understanding of whatever we are going over at the time.
