-I am a male, fresh graduate, up until my 3rd year I was in the 2nd class upper category.
I am to give lessons to persons interested in Gerontology- he/she could be an undergraduate student or someone acquiring knowledge for research purposes.
-I employ the use of a flipped classroom technique, which is a flexible and open teaching technique as is a principle in the theory and practice of Adult education. I use the collaborative method of instruction.
- the methodology is determined based on the significant limitations of the concept to be taught, objectives, content and procedures for the attainment of stated objectives for gerontological education.
