I am a current undergraduate student doing Animal Science,I once opened extra lesson classes for kids in my community helping them with English,Mathematics and also Life Sciences my aim when I opened extra classes it was to help kids who were taking to long to understand their own teachers during classes because some teachers they are not that patient with those kind of kids

My teaching method is to be patient with each and every kid that I work with,Understanding the kids IQ level is the aim of being patient with each of them I make sure when I teach a specific topic at the end of the lesson each learner is able to understand what I taught no matter how long it took but eventually the aim is to understand and be able to answer questions on their own without any difficulties
