About Dr Preetha
I am a obstetric physiotherapist for the past 4 years/certified antenatal and postnatal fitness instructor trained almost 100+ moms/ Mat Pilates trainer and also a certified pelvic floor rehab therapist. I am giving home/ online training for antenatal fitness according to patients comfort. My key skills include conducting labor management sessions along with lactation class for new moms. I've also been an experienced labor supporter with mothers during their delivery process.

I am providing home visits/ online training for antenatal fitness according to patients comfort. Exercises will be combined with pilates aswell as natural yoga forms along with diet chart according to your trimester. If wanted a separate labour management session will be taken in order to provide all necessary information for a new mother to come across and during her labour time. Even breastfeeding sessions will be taken along with the postures to be maintained and lactation support during post-pregnancy.
