About Bradley
I earned a B.S. in applied physics with a minor in astronomy from Brigham Young University. Alongside my coursework, I contributed to research in fluid dynamics and rocket acoustics, and I served as a teaching assistant for several introductory and intermediate physics classes. I chose to study physics for two reasons: first, because it's cool! Ever since high school, I have been enthusiastically fascinated by physics and astronomy. Second, because physics is challenging. I found deep satisfaction in wrestling with tricky concepts until they made sense, and even greater reward in seeing those same concepts click in other minds. Today I am in the Coast Guard training to be a helicopter rescue swimmer. After physics, rescue swimmer was the next challenge for me. Still into teaching physics though!

Guess what? Physics is hard! Unlike most other subjects, physics and math don't reward memorization. Instead, they test for true problem solving ability. My role is to help you grow that skillset, and to help you personally own your own understanding of physics. In each lesson we can unpack the homework problems you are stuck on, review your most recent exam, or prepare for the next one. First lesson is free, and then I only charge for the first two hours of a lesson. If we have to go longer, extra time is on me. I like to dive right in with the tutoring. We will get to know each other along the way.
