About Suyash
I come from a family of teachers who love to learn and are fairly nerdy and have been playing drums for more than 18 years. I studied for 3 years at KM Music Conservatory (college started by A.R. Rahman) and graduated with a Bachelor's in Percussion Performance Arts (Honors) from Middlesex University, London as one of the top 3 students in my class. Ever since my graduation I have been playing drums professionally and teaching with more than 8 years of experience in both.

I can teach the Trinity/ABRSM grades if that's what you're interested in, but I'd rather teach the student what THEY really want to learn. Drum set repertoire is extremely wide and diverse, and the only way to have your individual voice is to be able to learn and practice many different styles of music. I will cover learning a song top-to-bottom. Help you understand it technically/musically, write it down, how to practice efficiently, how to take what you have practiced and apply that in a real world context. I like to keep class light and fun and I often take extra time to make sure the student has understood everything he/she/they need to before end of class, I love being asked questions and I love being challenged by students who question my methods.

Suyash is incredibly knowledgeable about the drums and music in general. You can tell the difference between him and your average teacher by how flexible and comfortable he is with his teaching. Very patient with beginners, would definitely recommend!
Suyash is very professional when it comes to drum lessons and has an enthusiastic and fun approach to his teaching. He makes his classes light with humour while keeping them productive. Details
1800/- is my fixed teaching rate for each session. Typically a session lasts for one hour but it can be extended to how much ever is needed. If I'm doing face-to-face lessons then I will charge for transport separately, depending on how much it costs from my house to the student's house, so as to be fair to all students.
