About Jumana

Hi! I'm Jumana, an ARB-registered and RIBA Chartered Architect. I completed my architectural education in the UK alongside over 5 years of professional experience in architectural practice.

I completed my Master's (RIBA Part II) and professional practice qualification (RIBA Part III) alongside working full-time, giving me a strong understanding of both the academic and practical sides of architecture.

Having experienced the challenges of architecture school myself, from endless design revisions and late-night deadlines to technical drawings and academic writing, I know how overwhelming it can feel!

Throughout my studies, I always enjoyed helping my peers in earlier years, sharing what I'd learned and offering guidance whenever I could. I remember being in their shoes and wishing I had someone to turn to for advice or reassurance. That's a big part of why I want to tutor, to offer others the kind of support I would have appreciated during my own journey.

I love sharing my passion for architecture and helping students build confidence, explore their creativity and develop their skills. Whether you're struggling with a design concept, learning Revit or refining your portfolio, I'm here to make learning approachable, engaging and enjoyable!

My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, whether you're studying architecture at university, preparing for your RIBA Part I, II or III qualifications, developing your design portfolio or looking for support on your technical and software skills.

I believe in a practical, supportive and interactive approach to learning. Having completed my architectural qualifications alongside full-time professional practice in the UK, I understand the challenges of balancing academic expectations with developing real-world architectural skills.

Lessons can cover architectural design and studio projects, design development, Revit, AutoCAD, technical drawings, construction detailing, academic writing, research, presentations and portfolio development. I can also provide constructive feedback on coursework and design projects, helping students strengthen their ideas, communicate them effectively and develop confidence in their work.

My aim is to spark your curiosity and share my passion for architecture, helping you see beyond buildings and drawings to discover the beauty in every detail, the creativity behind every idea, from the first sketch to the final detail.
